“Weeds” star Mary-Louise Parker has finally flipped her fancy Greenwich Village duplex at 32 Washington Square West for $7.45 million, curbed reports. Mary-Louise initially listed the 10-room co-op for $7.995 million in the spring of last year but pulled it off the market in August. It returned in September, disappeared again, and then made its final appearance on the market in March.

The spacious co-op has 3,200 square feet and features amenities like pre-war detailing, oversized windows, stained oak floors, and wood-burning fireplaces. Some might call the children’s bedroom a creative amenity, but let’s be honest—the décor is creepy: scary-looking life-sized puppets, with swords, standing in front of a building decorated with witch-like branches. On top of that, a floor-to-ceiling wall painting of screaming people riding Coney Island’s Cyclone roller coaster. Whatever renovation the owners aim to do, renovating the children’s bedroom might be the best and first thing to do in order to prevent any traumatization. No, seriously, it’s not that bad; it’s just rather unconventional—and possibly creepy.

The apartment has 5.5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is located on the 12th floor. The pre-war building was built in 1925 and offers its residences amenities like a fitness room, laundry room, private storage, and a doorman.
