NYC Apartment of Bobby Abreu is Back on Market
Former New York Yankee and current Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder, Bobby Abreu sold his NYC apartment inside One Beacon Court in February 2010 for $5.1 million. The new owner has now re-listed the apartment for $7.45 million. That’s almost the original asking price that Abreu listed his condo for in 2008, which he wasn’t able to get back than due to the financial crisis.
The 1,762-square-foot, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment sits on the 37th floor overlooking Central Park and the East River. One Beacon Court is a luxury full service condominium with a fully equipped fitness center, children’s playroom, pool, valet service and a private entertainment suite.
