Sir David Adjaye, one of TIME magazine’s 100 most influential people of 2017, is the architect of 130 William Street, a modern 66-story tower featuring a hand-cast concrete façade and bright, airy interiors.
The homes inside include wide plank white oak flooring throughout, open plan kitchens with custom Italian cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances, marble bathrooms with walk-in showers and soaking tubs, and even more lavish features in the terrace and penthouse residences.
The penthouses contain generously sized rooms and lofty ceilings with heights from 11 feet up to 15 and a half feet. They overlook rivers, all of Manhattan, and beyond from expansive and covered outdoor spaces.
The amenities at 130 William Street include a full-scale health and wellness club and a suite of entertainment facilities including an IMAX theater. These amenities range from relaxing to invigorating and everything in between.
Lower Manhattan is rich in history, and as the area continues to grow and change its residents continue to bring the neighborhood to life with vibrant culture and diversity.
