1399 Park Avenue is a 22-story high residential building located in East Harlem, New York City. The building has 78 condominium units and is constructed from glass, architectural concrete, metal and glass. The building’s design was created by Goldstein Hill & West Architects to respect Park Avenue’s historic prewar architecture while offering views of the East River as well as Central Park.
The building rises through a “Mondrian-like” composition of interlocking cubes and volumes.
