50 Orchard Street is a new construction in Lower East Side. The first phase of construction consisted of eight floors with nine condominiums, the second phase consisted of a 10-story addition, with two condominium residences per floor. The façade of the building features a fenestration pattern and colors which vary from light yellow, to beige, to pale grey-green. 50 Orchard Street was developed by Voyager Management and features the well-known Michael Muroff as the architect.
This new construction in New York offers one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as some triplex apartments with double-height living rooms. Beckstein Fabrics Store, which is also on Orchard Street, just north of Delancey Street. Other nearby attractions include Gus's Pickles and the Liquor Bar. PS 42 on Hester Street is also nearby.
