The 505 is a welcome addition to the Clinton area of New York. It rises seven floors and contains 109 energy efficient studios.
The 505 offers a gym/fitness center, children’s playroom, private screening room and entertainment lounge. Some of the residences have their own private outdoor spaces, while the entire building has access to a courtyard garden and a rooftop deck with barbeque grills and a dining area. In addition, for added privacy, there are cabanas available for purchase on the roof. They range from small to over 700 square feet, enough room to add a hot tub. There are individual storage units available and Wi-Fi access in all the outdoor areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that there is plenty of light. An on-site superintendent, 24-hour concierge, individual washer and dryers and bamboo flooring are just a few of the additional touches that can be found at the 505. The building itself has been constructed to avoid sound and vibration.
The Clinton area, also known as Hell’s Kitchen, is located in the West Side of Manhattan. This area is home to “Restaurant Row,” where any type of cuisine can be found. Today Clinton is an increasingly upscale neighborhood of actors and affluent young professionals.
