This historic Tribeca building was designed with the blending of the history of this beautiful neighborhood with modern living. Designed by renowned architects Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Hill West, 91 Leonard is inspired by facades of Tribeca’s cast iron warehouses and lofts.
Whitehall Interiors designed the interior with an eye to the traditional loft style. The floor-to-ceiling windows flow into the soft look of the white oak plank floors for an open and light design. The meticulously designed kitchens offer oak cabinetry and marble, that is combined with a clackend steel backsplash for impact, and has Gaggenau appliances. The spa inspired bathrooms offer pewter and brass plumbing fixtures for the industrial feel of the past.
The luxury amenities offer a rarity in Tribeca, a 60’ indoor lap pool, steam room and sauna. There is also a rooftop terrace with seating, grills, outdoor television, and a fireplace. When the weather is cold outside there is a winter garden and a resident's lounge with a fireplace.
