The Charleston features a nice view of the city that residents can access from either their private balcony or the rooftop garden. Located in Murray Hill, the Charleston features large spaces with bright colors, high ceilings and an overall clean, modern look. The apartments are connected via shared hardwood floors, making the space seem larger and more unified.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is no dishwasher; however, the ample counter space completely makes up for this oversight. There are a number of cabinets, and the white countertop splits down the middle, offering one side as a bar for residents and their guests.
Safety is less of an issue with the Charleston’s 24-hour attended entrance. Another interesting amenity is the inclusion of the Club Charleston, a luxury lounge on the second floor of the building. The Club Charleston is exclusive and features a number of comfy chairs and sofas, as well as a high-definition television and Internet access. With a top-notch fitness center, dog run, tranquil garden and a catering kitchen, there are enough amenities at the Charleston to call it above average.
Murray Hill is a great location for young professionals. Public transit is a simple walk away. Murray Hill is also known for its quietness, despite being in Midtown. The area is widely residential, and walking down one of the residential streets offers a quieter experience.
