The Harrison is an environmentally friendly building in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The building was built to be energy efficient, and it’s registered with the US Green Building Council and is also LEED certified.
The apartments feature a number of luxury touches, including custom-designed mahogany cabinetry throughout the space. This cabinetry is set above and below cream polished-granite countertops with a marble backsplash. The hardwood flooring does not extend to the kitchen. Instead, the kitchen features gray stone flooring. Families will appreciate the added amenity of a dinosaur-themed children’s playroom.
