The Holllignsworth is located at 70 West 37th Street. Built in 1987, the Holllignsworth claims the famed Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron as its architects. Formerly known as The Vogue, it has been totally refurbished and rebranded by the new ownership.
It features a four-story commercial base on the eastern block, facing the Avenue of the Americas, and a setback tower that houses the rentals. The structure features a beautiful blue-green brick facade accented by rounded corners and many balconies. The tower rises to a height of 25 floors and encompasses 320 apartments, all of which are easily accessible via elevator.
