Loft 25 was initially built as an ink-press warehouse before the war. It was converted into a condominium by RAL Companies and Affiliates, LLC, a premier real-estate developer based in New York. The 9-story building houses 79 units that feature floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings (with some units being as high as 15 feet though covered up with concrete beamed ceilings), and hardwood floors.
The 79 units are made up of studio, one-, two-, three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses or duplexes. Terraces and offices are available for loft home owners whereas gardens are available to those who purchase duplexes. Penthouse owners, on the other hand, are treated to a roof deck, terrace, skylights, and walls of glass.
Because of the floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings in each unit, ample light is distributed to the living room, dining area, and bedroom. Each room’s temperature can be individually controlled so the summer and winter months will no longer be a problem. Majority of the apartments have a large walk-in shower furnished with Teknobili showerheads. Additionally, the Nordic Ash flooring complements the unique all-glass kitchen designed exclusively by Schiffini for the building. The kitchens are adorned with Liebherr refrigerators, Bosch gas and cooktops, and other high-end appliances.
Residents of Loft 25 have access to a full-service gym equipped with top-of-the-line machines, a media or screening room, private storage rooms, and a lounge where they can spend their nights (or weekends) having fun with friends and neighbors. The 24-hour doorman provides round-the-clock safety and security. Other luxuries for nature lovers include a landscaped garden, reflecting pool and a courtyard.
