Madison House is a 62-story residential skyscraper located at 15 East 30th Street in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. The building was completed in 2020 and stands at 805 feet tall.
The building offers 199 luxury condominiums, ranging from one to five bedrooms. The penthouse, which occupies the top three floors of the building, sold for a record-breaking price, making it the most expensive residential sale in Downtown Manhattan at the time.
