Compared to other luxury apartments, the bathrooms at the New Yorker Condominium are average. The floors are limestone, and each bathroom features double wood vanities, soaking tubs and frameless glass showers. With each apartment including an in-unit Asko washer and dryer, residents are likely to agree that the apartments are modern, efficient and have a number of luxury elements.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a long list of amenities. It has has only the basic amenities one would expect in a Manhattan luxury apartment building. These include a doorman, storage and bike room. Unfortunately, the building does not feature a gym, nor do they list a concierge service. The apartments are pet friendly.
