The hard work of Selldorf Architects has transformed the regular visualization of the 17 interiors in 71 Reade Street, attaining an elegant result struck only by the marvelous vision, precise material selection and meticulous handling of detail. Beautiful façades on Reade and Chamber streets and every piece come together by an astonishing landscaped interior courtyard, with an entrance framed in cast iron. Among the striking features of this building façades interwoven with glass and a mercantile design representative of the 21st century seem to be placed on top.
Five-inch plank rifts, quarter sawn white oak floors, ceiling heights with an altitude of approximately 11 feet, there’s also going to be a state-of-the-art multi zone heating and cooling systems that will ensure a more comfortable environment by facilitating the control of the temperature in each room.
