Known as the Time Warner Center, 80 Columbus Circle is also home to Residences at Mandarin Oriental.
The Time Warner Center houses the headquarters to Time Warner, CNN TV Studio, a Jazz facility for the nearby Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and a Mandarin Oriental Hotel. This address was previously known as the New York Coliseum on Columbus Circle but was replaced in 2004.
Consisting of twin towers, 80 Columbus Circle looks across Columbus Circle to Central Park West. The base of the complex has a four-story shopping mall with several high-end restaurants. There is a subway entrance at the southeast corner of the base. Central Park West is also the home of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
The Mandarin Oriental Hotel is located in the north tower and has an entrance on 60th Street. Its main lobby is on the 35th floor, where there is a restaurant and a cocktail lounge with views overlooking Central Park South and midtown.
The hotel comprises 65 luxury condominiums. As a resident, one is treated as a hotel guest, with exclusive amenities for residents only: spa treatments, 24-hour concierge service, and 24-hour room service, to name a few.
State-of-the-art appliances, sound and lighting are found in each residence. Add to this a landscaped roof deck, business center, children’s playroom, and direct-access in-house garage with valet service, and you have the stress-free home life you deserve.
