Soho North is a new development consisting of an eleven-story loft condominium building located at 267 West 124th Street in Harlem. Soho North is a 1910 landmark prewar warehouse that was converted in 2007. The brick facade was painstakingly restored, and a limestone base was added to the first two levels. A penthouse was added to the top of the structure to complete the development. Soho North is recognized as one of the most exclusive and luxurious buildings in Harlem.
The residences at Soho North are accessible via a keyed elevator that opens directly into the unit. This particular unit features two large bedrooms, a large office/third bedroom, and two gorgeous full bathrooms. The massive great room features a romantic fireplace and offers plenty of living and dining space. The open chef-grade kitchen boasts all the best-in-class stainless steel appliances: Wolff stove and hutch, Miele dishwasher and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The elegant kitchen is finished with stylish glass tile backsplash and Italian cabinetry. The residence also boasts five-fixture master bathrooms with double vanities and cast iron soaking tubs. There are many high-end finishes and fixtures, such as strip oak floors, ten-foot ceilings, and tons of closets, in particular a custom walk-in in the master bedroom. Bosch Axxis washer/dryer units are provided in the utility room as an added convenience.
Soho North is a new development with several services and amenities with which to tempt prospective residents. There is a virtual doorman to admit residents, announce guests and accept packages. There is also a secure package room and a bike storage room. An additional bonus of this building is that there are only two apartments per floor, which leads to spacious and private residences. Pets are allowed.
The development enjoys a central Harlem location. Transportation is located nearby. The shopping and transportation hub at Columbus Circle is just one stop (about seven minutes) away. There is also a W hotel (loft version) across the street, which provides free parking to owners. The Harlem area is well known for the famed Apollo Theater, Magic Movie Theater, Citarella, and NYSC.
