The St. Claire on Fifth condominium apartment building at 5th Avenue and East 128th Street in Harlem is a new construction in Manhattan that stands seven stories high and contains 13 apartments.
These units are a mixture of two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses. Each residence has its own unique design with white oak floors, prewar-inspired high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, gas fireplaces and private balconies with southern exposures.
Each unit has an open kitchen which is accented by a black granite counter top and flooring design. It is also outfitted with maple cabinets for storage and with stainless-steel GE Profile appliances. The baths are constructed of imported Italian tiles, and there is a washer and dryer within each apartment as well.
For a typical structure with only seven floors, this one is filled with unexpected amenities. There is a fitness facility, a massage room and sauna, a 1,500-square-foot common roof deck, a resident lounge with WiFi connectivity, a children’s playroom, individual storage units and an onsite parking garage. There is also a virtual doorman and a security system installed in the building.
