Standing at 106 Central Park South in midtown West Manhattan is a legendary building. The Trump Parc, developed by Donald Trump and the Trump Organization, stands 38 stories high and displays a large structure with an asymmetrical facade. This structure was earlier known as New York’s first music and art residence. Later on it was converted to what it is today, a property with 340 luxury condominium apartments.
One of the most striking aspects of its exterior design is its rooftop, which has been built with Art Deco columns and glass tiles which create striking prisms and a crown-like effect at the building's peak. The building is also full-service, complete with 24-hour doormen and concierge staff, porters, and security guards. There are a few other amenities such as a laundry room, a fitness area, and basement storage.
The unique entrance to the building faces Central Park and is near a wide range of entertainment and leisure spots, including restaurants and shopping areas. The location is also ideal for getting around the city as a number of subway lines are easily accessible.
