Related Companies' 70 Vestry Street condo-offering plan has just been recently approved, expecting a sellout volume of $700 million, according to theRealDeal. The 47 apartments will fetch an average price of a whopping $14 million apiece.

To be fair, we’re talking about a “Robert A.M. Stern Architects”  building in ultra-chic Tribeca where the two-to-five bedroom layouts will range from approximately 1900 to over 7000 sq.ft. The building’s gigantic amenity space alone is to provide 12,000 sq.ft. 70 Vestry will feature a pretty limestone façade with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows.

Related Companies acquired the building site (actually located at 268 West Street) for $115 million back in 2014, and prospective condo buyers expect to call 70 Vestry Street their new digs by 2018 – the year earmarked for completion.
