75 Wall Street’s Amenities Favored with Upgrades
FiDi’s luxury condo at 75 Wall Street has had a rough time selling its final 10+ homes - actually a good thing for current and future residents soon to enjoy upgraded amenities. There's been no word regarding any changes in the current apartments for sale, but the property's common area became more family-friendly by the adding of a kid’s playroom and refurbished roof deck. The furniture provider of choice is Ligne Roset. A switch in concierge service features the premier concierge management company Luxury Attaché running the front desk. Sadly, some standard luxury amenities like a swimming pool or sauna are still lacking.
Current listings range from $769,000 for a studio up to $5,100,000 million for a three-bedroom penthouse. Initially, the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group negotiated the building’s sale back in 2007. The broker now chosen to finalize transactions is Douglas Elliman, who recently released a new teaser site.
