One of the world’s most influential couples has just listed their sprawling 15 Central Park West abode for $19 million with Brown Harris Stevens.

Zhang Xin and her husband Pan Shiyi, who together founded the lucrative real estate development firm SOHO China, are selling their 2,915-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo in the highly sought after Robert A.M. Stern–designed building.

The unit is quite fabulous with breathtaking views of Central Park, a 20-foot library, state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, and a master bedroom that includes spacious his-and-her walk-in closets.

15 Central Park West has been a magnet for the rich and famous since its opening in 2007. We believe that’s due in part to the fact that the luxury condominium building—which is actually comprised of two sections, a smaller, 20-story tower (referred to as "the house") sitting in front of a much larger, 43-story tower—offers special amenities and perks for its residents.

A private screening room, a huge 75-foot pool, private dining room, and, of course, a private driveway to keep celebrities out of the eye of the pesky paparazzi are some of the lavish additions A-listers enjoy at this throwback to classic New York City luxury living.

There’s no word on why billionaire Xin, who is one of China’s richest women, and equally rich hubby are moving out of this exclusive building that has enjoyed enormous success over the past five years with sales coming in at over $2 billion

Xin and Shiyi belong to an array of notable past and present residents of 15 Central Park West, personalities such as Denzel Washington, Yankees slugger A-Rod, and sportscaster Bob Costas— to name a few of the many.
