Carly Simon, the highly talented Singer and Songwriter perhaps best known for her early ‘70’s hit “You’re So Vain” has relisted her lovely West Village duplex at 46 Commerce Street. She had listed it for anywhere from around $2.5 to $3.8 million, but so far it hasn’t sold. But she’s not one to give up.

The pad is described as “having love-rekindling powers” by those in the know. MMMMMMMM..just in time for Valentine’s Day!

This time the asking Price is set at $2.495 Million and maintenance and common charges of $24 hundred a month and well worth it with its oh, so romantic pair of wood-burning fireplaces. One downstairs in the living room and another upstairs for those cozy N.Y. winter nights. The trapezoid-shaped kitchen, which can be accessed on either side of the downstairs’ hearth, is fully furnished with all the built-ins one could want to prepare a lavishly, romantic dinner for that special someone. The place also boasts two and a half baths, in the two-level duplex. Other features include warm, wooden floors and exposed, red brick all around.

The West Village structure, built back in the 1800’s, is a Federal style, red brick, townhouse.

The broker is Corcoran’s Nick Gavin.
