Colin Cowie Sells Flatiron Penthouse

Celebrity event planner Colin Cowie has found a buyer for his gorgeous Flatiron penthouse on 27 West 19th Street, the NYPost reports.

The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom luxury condo at The Emory enjoys 3,000 square feet of hardwood, dark oak floors that echo the modern, rich and clean, brown and golden design throughout.

Of course, to no one's surprise, there is also a private 900-square-foot rooftop terrace that is geared toward entertaining with its breathtaking city views--which we are sure Cowie took full advantage of since he is known for planning lavish parties and weddings for the stars. There is even a dumbwaiter hookup to the first-floor, state-of-the-art chef's kitchen so as to not hinder a great party with incessant traveling up and down with the crab puffs.

The place was listed with Core Realty for $5.75 million and is now in contract. No word yet on who the buyer is or its final price.
