Condo Conversion Revealed at 36 Bleecker Street — The Schumacher

Noho’s newest condo conversion at 36 Bleecker Street has just launched its teaser website with details, prices, and photos. The building will have 20 two- to four-bedroom loft units priced from approximately $3 million to $25 million.

One part of the building was built in the 1860s and another in the 1880s; it was once home to the Schumacher & Ettlinger printing company.

The building, exclusively represented by Elliman, should hit the market sometime soon this spring. Planned amenities include a central courtyard, 10.5- to 15-foot high barrel-vaulted ceilings, beautifully arched windows, a roof garden, and a number of art programs.
