The very fact that the 47th-floor-apartment belongs to Gisele Bundchen and her husband Tom Brady makes the beautiful views through its floor-to-ceiling windows, the four large bedrooms covering over 3,310 square feet, and the jaw-dropping bathroom all the more stunning. The supermodel/quarterback couple are asking $40,000 a month for the luxury apartment—or $42,500 furnished. The couple bought the suite just a year ago for $14 million. The fact that they’re currently building a castle-like mansion in Massachusetts may well be the reason for this move. 

$40,000 a month is a proud price, but it quite definitely has something to offer: floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entire apartment, high ceilings, and a bathroom that couldn’t offer more stunning views from its bathtub.
