Gwyneth Paltrow and Ex-Hubby Chris Martin Are Selling Their NYC Home for $14M

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow and her "ex" Chris Martin - lead singer of the band "Coldplay" - have just listed their Tribeca home with an ask of $14.25 million. They bought for a mere $5.1M their love nest back in 2007, which has since undergone a total interior revamp by star designers Roman & Williams.

The building, known as "River Lofts", is located at 416 Washington St - a very tranquil section of Tribeca. The 3,892 sq.ft penthouse apartment sports three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Common charges and real estate taxes are fairly modest at $5,400 and $4,278, respectively. Amenities of the 24-hr doorman building include a gym, garden, garage and kids' playroom.

The penthouse pairs quite a large east-facing terrace with a smaller one attached to the master bedroom looking west. Another plus is the skylight cluster of three lamps which provides great additional light into the gallery, library and master bedroom. A handsome double-sided fireplace links the library and living room.

Unfortunately, there are no interior pictures of the apartment yet - only a floorplan is available - according to Corcoran’s Carter Wilcox listing.
