Harrison Ford Sells Chelsea Luxury Condo for $16M

Superstar actor Harrison Ford’s Chelsea penthouse at 206 West 17th Street has sold for $16 million after being on and off the market since 2010. The 5,664-square-foot condo is on the 12th floor. It has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a keyed elevator, a home gym, a library, a fireplace and views of the Hudson River from a 2,300-square-foot private rooftop terrace.

The “Indiana Jones” star had tried to sell the unit since 2010, and had it on and off the market a few times. Deborah Grubman from The Corcoran Group was the exclusive agent for the property. This time, it was on the market for just six days before it sold.

Taxes are a whopping $9,575 while common charges are $5,694. The pre-war building, also called City Prairie, has 11 apartments on 12 floors.
