Kerry Washington’s Former Harlem Pad Lists for $2.9M

“Scandal” star Kerry Washington’s former Harlem townhouse has just been listed by Halstead for $2.9 million, which isn’t completely shocking considering the recently wedded Washington once shared the place with her former fiancé. 

The 312 West 115th Street townhouse was apparently also an investment opportunity for Washington and her ex, David Moscow, as it is currently divided up into four units. The 3,500-square-foot place enjoys antique stained-glass windows and fireplaces throughout in addition to a revamped facade that spruces up the four-story building which was erected around 1900.

The Emmy-nominated actress lived with Moscow (who is remembered mostly for playing a young Tom Hanks in the movie “Big”) reportedly for several years.

We are not sure what took Moscow, who is the current owner, so long to sell the place. Perhaps it was Washington’s headline-making secret wedding to NFL star Nnamdi Asomugha over the summer, or it could have just been that he didn’t want to part with the investment property right away.
