Late night host Seth Meyers and his family have finally moved into the Greenwich Village condo they purchased in 2016, shortly before selling their West Village home to real estate magnate Michael Fuchs for $4.35 million. The original asking price was $4.5 million. Meyer's former home once housed celebrities including actress Glen Close.

Meyer's new $7.5 million home was formerly owned by actress Mary-Louise Parker and has undergone a host of renovations. It has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and occupies two whole floors of this pre-war building.  The building features the usual amenities that New Yorkers have come to expect from luxury buildings including a doorman and a fitness center but it also includes unique, classic elements such as an elevator operator.

The spacious apartments inside of this building range from 1460 to 1900 square feet and it is rare to find them on the market. According to The New York Post, sources close to Meyers speculate that the former SNL cast member may have purchased the home to accommodate his growing family since he and his wife are expecting their second child.
