Luxury Coming to the Lower East Side at 155 Attorney Street

This 36 unit, 7-story residential building designed by architect Studio V, is planned to hold 30,000 square-feet of residential space along with high class amenities including storage space, bicycle rooms, a recreation room, and more. The current location, between Stanton and East Houston streets in the Lower East Side, is home to 5,000 square-feet of warehouse property acquired by Midtown Equities earlier this year.

Midtown Equities, led by billionaire Joe Cayre, may sound familiar from the social club and hotel, Soho House, which they picked up last year. Below is an idea of what the luxury building may look like according to the Midtown Equities website.

Other luxury attractions to look out for in the neighborhood include a residential building of 27 units brought to the LES by Developer Blackhouse as well as the Hotel Ludlow as it nears completion.
