Madonna's NYC Co-op Undergoes Price Cut

What's a million or three to Madonna, the hyper-rich, material girl who is the ever changing, controversial and talented Pop icon? Not much it would seem. Maybe she didn't count on others not appreciating her scheme to sell her co-op for $23.5 million. She has now drastically cut the price. I guess being a material girl isn't all it's cracked up to be.

The pad in Harperly Hall at 41 Central Park West on the Upper West Side is now a “low” $19.995 million, sounds like the old Earl Schribe commercials “I'll paint any car for just… $19.95” from the 80's (LOL) and just after only 3 months on the market, but then she is not known as being the most patient of us all. Why the rush??? Could there be trouble in “paradise”?

Well, the duplex boasts a grand 6,000-square-feet of floor space on both the 5th and 6th floors of the building and includes such features as: French doors, Juliet balconies facing Central Park, what a view!, as well as five, count em five, real wood-burning fireplaces. No problem with any blizzard or cold front that comes our way. =) There are also 6 bedrooms and eight baths. WOW!
