$35 million is the asking price for a Tribeca penthouse owned by real estate power couple and Trump Place residents Rabekah Mercer and Sylvain Mirochnikoff.

The 101 Warren Street pad that just went on sale boasts a living room sixty feet wide, 11-foot ceilings, and breathtaking views of the Hudson River by way of its sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows that round out this 5,769-square-foot, five-bedroom duplex. And if that isn’t enough to entice buyers, the unit was executed by famous celeb-designer Benjamin Noriega Ortiz whose vision included a media room/library, a private gym, a large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the upper level, and a 2,400-square-foot irrigated wrap-around terrace.

Now, do these features warrant a $35 million price tag? Well, Tribeca is reportedly the most expensive neighborhood in New York City right now, so it’s really no wonder that the couple would reap the benefits of the trendy location. The former actress turned baker and her husband, a managing director at Morgan Stanley, are known for collecting properties around New York.

Mercer and Mirochnikoff purchased the Tribeca penthouse in 2008 for $22 million. They currently live in the Heritage building at Trump Place, owning a whopping six adjoining units in the building making up the majority of the 23rd to 25th floors which, according to the Wall Street Journal, they purchased back in 2010.
