Strahan’s Tribeca Loft Lists Again for $2.2M!

Retired New York Giant and current “Live! With Kelly and Michael”host Michael Strahan is having a difficult time selling his $2.25 million Tribeca loft at 25 Murray Street. He just put it on the market for the second time.

The former NFL star purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment back in 2008 for $1.66 million but quickly lost interest in the place and began using it as his pied-a-terre before putting it on the market in 2009 for $1.87 million. 

After it didn’t sell, Strahan, 41, eventually decided to rent the place out in 2010. The 1,911-square-foot apartment showcases 18-foot ceilings, oak floors, and stainless-steel appliances. 

It does seem a little surprising that Strahan can’t unload the place onto someone when you consider that it’s a luxury loft with a doorman, gym, and even a children’s playroom in the building. To top that off, it’s located in the most expensive neighborhood in New York City!

Strahan has now revamped the place for staging, so we will have to see if the new spruced-up look will justify the higher price tag this time around in what has proven to be a tough market.
