Yankees short stop Derek Jeter proved his will and endurance, and has finally sold his penthouse inside the Trump World Tower located at 845 United Nations Plaza. He has been trying to sell it since September 2010, the Real Deal reported.

Derek wants to live in a smaller pied-a-terre in Manhattan. After making $15.5 million with the Trump World Tower Penthouse he’s got quite a few equally impressive options though it’s not known where and when he wants to move. Derek purchased the apartment in 2001 for $12.72 million.

The penthouse has 5,425 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 16-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and a billiard room. In addition to that, the new owner will have panoramic views of the city, which are quite enjoyable from the 88th floor.
