Designed by award winning architects Beyer Blinder Belle, 1010 Park Avenue houses 11 boutique residences complemented by three levels of private social and leisure amenities. These David Collins Studio designed residences and common spaces are thoughtfully and meticulously crafted with the finest finishes and materials. Renowned architects Beyer Blinder Belle, the team behind the restoration of several New York landmarks such as Grand Central Terminal and The Empire State Building, have utilized their experience working with iconic buildings to design an elegant Indiana Limestone and Manhattan schist façade that is both striking and contextual to the Park Avenue Historic Landmark District.
1010 Park Avenue features nine full-floor residences and two extraordinary duplex homes. For each meticulously designed residence, the experience starts at the private lift lobby which opens onto a formal reception foyer.
Designed as an extension of the private residences, David Collins Studio curated three levels of impeccably appointed leisure and fitness amenities. The second-floor offers a suite of thoughtfully tailored entertainment spaces. The dual concourse levels offer state-of-the-art wellness and activity experiences including a private fitness center, children’s playroom, and a luminous indoor swimming pool.
