1010 Park Avenue was designed by the award-winning architects of Beyer Blinder Belle. This renowned architectural firm was also responsible for the restoration of several New York landmarks such as Grand Central Terminal and The Empire State Building. Their talent and expertise allowed them to create the building’s elegant Indiana Limestone and Manhattan schist façade, a striking work of art that perfectly aligns with guidelines set forth by the Park Avenue Historic Landmark District.
The building houses 11 boutique residences - nine full-floor units and two extraordinary duplex homes. Each one of these meticulously designed residences features a private lift lobby that opens into a formal reception foyer. David Collins Studio designed these residences to include a carefully curated collection of fine finishes and luxurious materials.
1010 Park Avenue also boasts three levels of impeccably appointed leisure and fitness amenities, all of which were also expertly crafted by David Collins Studio. On the second floor, residents enjoy a suite of thoughtfully tailored entertainment spaces. Dual concourse levels also offer state-of-the-art wellness and activity experiences, including a private fitness center, a children’s playroom, and a luxurious indoor swimming pool.
