807 Park Avenue has been completely redesigned and re-imagined by famed designer Erick Cohler. The building once housed P. Diddy's enormous, twelve-story mega-townhouse and has now been divided into three huge, redesigned, stunning townhouses. The classic 25-foot-wide, twelve-story building is comprises limestone and brick and is entered through elegant bronze doors. Upon entrance, residents and guests are met with the stunning intimate lobby, which features smooth marble flooring, exquisite walnut walls, a romantic fireplace and a silver-leafed, vaulted ceiling.
