Ann-Kathrin Linsenhoff, a German Olympic Dressage Champion, has sold her NYC apartment in The Plaza Residences to the CEO of Harman International Industries. Linsenhoff first listed the apartment with Sotheby’s International Realty in March 2011 for $10.9 million. That’s $1.5 million more than the selling price of $9.495 million. Linsenhoff switched the agency in December 2012 to Prudential Douglas Elliman who immediately decreased the asking price to $9,995 million and later to $9,495 million. The apartment is 1,996-square-feet. It features 2-bedrooms, 2.5-bathrooms and amazing views of New York landmark, Central Park.

Linsenhoff spends most of her time on a stud farm near Frankfurt in Germany, which could be the reason why she sold this beautiful Plaza condominium.
