Sex and the City Star Sarah Jessica Parker Lists $25M Townhouse

Another Sex and the City star has gotten busy with Manhattan’s real estate market. Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband, Matthew Broderick, have listed their luxury Greek Revival townhouse at 20 East 10th Street. The couple bought the townhouse for $18.995 million only 18 months ago after spending several years of apartment hunting. Never the less the couple never actually moved into the townhouse, which has seven working fireplaces, five bedrooms, an extraordinary chef’s kitchen and 12-foot ceilings. Maybe there wasn’t enough closet space for all of the Manolos. The Greenwich Village townhouse is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty for $24.995 million.
