Chelsea Clinton’s Hubby Sells Flatiron Place

So after telling you guys about the possibility of there being a former-first-daughter real estate discount that Chelsea Clinton may have had, Clinton’s hubby Marc Mezvinsky just sold his former Flatiron bachelor pad for $4.75 million after listing it for $4.4 million.

Mezvinsky’s apartment, which he purchased in 2008 and lived in with Clinton when they wed in 2010, is a three-bedroom flat in the Grand Madison building at 225 Fifth Avenue that features a chef’s kitchen and a marble-laced master bathroom.

Maybe this couple really is just that good at negotiating when it comes to buying and selling New York City real estate. First a $1.2 million discount on a 5,000-square-foot luxury boutique condo inside the NoMad building and then a $750,000 profit for the sale of an apartment purchased back in 2008 for $4 million—Not bad at all!
