David Duchovny and Tea Leoni List Luxury Co-op
Former couple, David Duchovny and Tea Leoni, have listed their luxury co-op at 170 East 78th Street for $9.25 million. David and Tea bought the apartment in 2008 for $6.25 million but split just three years later.
The triplex used to be separated into three artist’s studios but were combined by the couple into a 12-room, 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathhrom luxury maisonette. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the townhouse-like size and the 13 foot ceilings as well as multiple fireplaces. Cooking fans will find a huge chefs-kitchen equipped with everything needed for great cooking parties.
The design of the apartment is a matter of taste. We really like it as it kind of looks like an old museum from long-forgotten times but it’s cool.
The X Files star, Duchovny, bought a co-op inside the Ardsley at 320 Central Park West not too long ago . We have no information about where Tea Leoni moved after the couple had split. Although, on Dec. 3 Tea Leoni and David Duchovny were seen together in New York at the Unicef Snowflake Ball. Will love conquer all?
